About the event
On this 2 hour forest bathing walk, you will join a group of other women at the Pretoria National Botanical Gardens. Your certified forest therapy guide will take you through a series of invitations which support you in slowing down, releasing stress and tension, and noticing the beauty around you.
Group sizes are currently limited to a maximum of 10 people.
A minimum of 3 participants is required for walks to proceed, so invite a friend along! (In the case where there aren't enough bookings for the walk to proceed, you will be fully refunded for any booking you have already made.)
Your booking fee includes the guide services (including travel costs), light refreshments served at the end of the walk, and a small gift from the forest. You will receive an email with complete details on what to bring in order to prepare for the walk after your booking has been completed.
Please note that bookings for this service close 3 days before the event date.
This walk is for you if:
- You are new to forest bathing/you are curious about whether a deeper dive (1:1 walk) would be a fit for you
- You need some time away from your computer and other daily stresses, so that you can just be
- You'd like to meet other like-minded women or spend quality time with friends you can bring along
