Forest bathing as spiritual practice
Forest bathing is best seen as a practice, not a once-off event. The more we keep returning to the same piece of land and the more-than-human beings there to listen and connect, the stronger our relationship grows. In my personal life I have found forest bathing to be a powerful practice not only for its health benefits, but for helping me to develop a keen ear for my own inner landscape and what it is inside of me that wishes to be honoured, let go of or ackowledged in some way.

Here, I share my thoughts on the deeper aspects of the practice and why I work with forest bathing in order to support women in reconnecting to not only the more-than-human world, but their own selves as well.
